I was born and raised in the Midwest; but my lust for wander guided me through 50 states and decorated my passport with numerous stamps. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Tourism. Always drawn to places of beauty and outdoor adventures, I found work with the National Park Service, National Forest Service and Department of Natural Resources. As miles passed under my feet I welcomed yoga into my life to ground my soul and nurture my body.
Now, at this phase in my life, I find myself drawn to the shores of Lake Superior and the healing powers of this land. I love to share my connection with nature and the opportunity for personal growth through yoga and a healthy lifestyle.
